We are continually improving what we do in the QHSE department. We invest heavily both in terms of finance and human resource, to make sure that our QHSE department is developing using the same principle as at our sister company – P.P. Plasma Ltd.
Dedicated QHSE Department
We are continually striving to improve working conditions and produce first class quality throughout the supply chain. For example, P.P. Profiles invested large resources in the development of our customer complains procedures, by automating the way all the functions of the business record and respond to customer complaints. In addition, most of the procedures have been enhanced to use less paper, underpinning our commitment to the environment.
Since re-branding in 2015, we have had continual improvement of QHSE-related KPIs. For example, we have standardised our approach to customer complaints and quality measures at P.P. Profiles, to make sure that our department is operating using the same principle as the other companies in the P.P. Group; which have had a QHSE department since 2010.
The endeavour for continued success
The QHSE department is now part of the P.P. culture and all the companies are working and cooperating closely with each other to support this initiative. The department has grown in size at a rapid pace from one person to three over the last year, which underpins the importance of the QHSE department and its activities across the P.P. Group.
